(7 years old Itachi had 3t +he's Itachi)

I'm not asking who'd win, I'm just asking how long Sakura would stay alive, because 7 y/o Itachi was jonin lvl+ while Sakura is the ultimate fodder. I say he either blitzes her with his sword, fries her flesh with a katon, or genjutsus her into thinking she's not fodder.

Itachi is way above Sakura, even 4 yo Itachi could probably take Sakura
