Physical energy vs Spiritual energy?

In the Tayuya fight, her demons open their mouths to release astral worms composed entirely of spiritual energy so they "hunger for physical energy". I've never heard such energies differentiated from each other before, so I guess the souls of a person are spiritual chakra while chakra they typically use for jutsu is physical energy? And then natural energy is a 3rd form of chakra?

Tayuya's flute is an example of Yin related jutsus along genjutsus. While physical energy stuff is basically kcm naruto. Everything kcm naruto was able to use with his cloak is great example of what physical energy is capable of doing. I think mokuton is also a bit of physical energy as well.

It's obvious that one doesn't exceed the other except for those with both.

Chakra is made up of physical energy (stamina) and spiritual energy (mind); these two energies are mixed to form chakra. In other words, her jutsu takes advantage of the interaction between the two energies.

By adding natural energy to the mix, you can make senjutsu. Which can be achieved by adding it your ninjutsu like Minato did vs. Madara, or by mixing it with your own chakra pool to enter the state known as Sage Mode.

Physical energy is the power the empowers the body. You last longer, you typically get bigger, and move a lot faster.
