If you gather all of the Uchihas that we know of and compare them to the Senju that we know of then the Uchiha's are superior. If youn want to count all the upgrades these Uchiha got compared to the Senju (though some of those upgrades belong to Senju clan and Ootsutsuki clan), then the Uchiha clan slaughter.



During Madara and Hashirama's time, the Senju were superior.



But the Ootsutsuki clan will always be the strongest clan. Having Kaguya, Hagoromo, Hamura, Momoshiki, Kinshiki, Toneri, Indra, and Ashura all on the same side and it becomes a slaughter.
