I doubt it has ended. Sasuke does need to have more children in for Indra to have a better chance to be reincarnated. Ashura on the other hand, has an extremely good chance since the Uzumaki bloodline is growing again through Naruto. Plus, there was speculation of him and Hinata having another child.

But scratching this part, I think the war between the two brothers will start again. Naruto has only created temporary peace.

Lol, Sakura's Haruno blood isn't dominant, otherwise Sarada wouldn't have the Sharingan. And Indra married a fodder and created the Uchiha, pretty sure Sakura's dna is a lot more valuable than Indra's wife since she has Tsunade's feats.
