I'd like if they were they're really good stories and have excitement violence death drama and plenty of ninja stuff, they show that even after the war ended there's still conflict and that's exciting and makes the world less boring. Also they add more depth to the characters. Gaara, Shikimaru, and Kakashi novels are great and so is Itachi ******* which is being animated right now. The stories really remind me of Naruto part 1.

They are part of the New Era Opening Project after all.

The guy who wrote Gaara Hiden is writing the Boruto manga, I'm sure he considers his story to be canon. And plus they are official products and are also well written. There's a lot of death and killing its not lame censored shit.

Yeah I like how gaara got developed he has metallic sand that can block piercing attacks and puts his magnet release on his sand which makes defense stronger which explains why he can block elemental barrages in the buruto movie

Kishimoto drew the art for the novels and approved them. He liked the Gaara one so much he got the writer on board for the Boruto movie and is letting him continue the story with the Boruto manga.

Even fillers are the official product of the series yet we all know they are fillers cause Kishi himself never stated they are canon. So... Why should we consider these fillers canon?

because fillers are only there as "what if" episodes to prolong the anime while these books are there to expand the universe. These books are part of Kishimoto's own "New Era Opening Project"

Actually if you watch some fillers they are very good. But it does not make em canon when Kishi himself never stated they were.

This is all approved by Kishimoto, who is seeking to retire from the franchise to work on a new manga, leaving the future of the story to these novelists.

The 'authorship' of Naruto doesn't matter. They're canon if you want to believe they are, and really- why invalidate things for yourself, you're ruining the experience for yourself.

Ignore NB, enjoy the canons, anime and games. It's all Naruto. Never got why people enjoy denying it.
