OT: OP is sort of correct but not entirely. As an Uchiha, Sasuke's chakra is naturally more potent than Naruto's. Kakashi explained this way back in Part one when he was explaining chakra control to his students.

Naruto has more chakra but Sasuke's chakra is, in fact, stronger. The example the OP and you used though doesn't help his argument.

Kakashi never said anything of the sort. His monologue was about how it was going to be harder for Naruto and Sasuke to climb the tree because they had more chakra. That's a far cry from describing the nature of somebody's chakra, considering Kakashi was no sensor in the least.

Currently. Think about it, just with half of hagoromo's chakra. He matched rsm naruto's dual super RS powered by the world's NE with just his own chakra and a bit of the bijuu's chakra. Naruto even had the element advantage.

EMS Sasuke's own Natural Reserves enables him to create a Bijuu-Sized Construct with only his Chakra for an extended period of time which is pretty significant when taking into account that Naruto can only maintain a similar Construct for 5 minutes with a large portion of Kurama's Chakra.

Sasuke's Natural Potency and Quantity >>> Naruto's Potency and Quantity. This certainly wasn't the case in Part 1, but it began to change further on into Part 2. I agree that Naruto naturally has higher reserves, but when both of their Chakras develop, Sasuke's is by far larger. Don't even try to argue that Base Naruto can maintain a Bijuu-Sized Construct for at least a few minutes because that doesn't make much sense at all.
