Tobirama is Hashiramas brother. He also had another brother who died. He also had a father. Who was shown in the manga .So he does have a Faimly. He doesn't have a son or daughter though.

I understand that no one wanted to build a family with Tobirama.. but I don't understand how Kakashi could still be a loner. He would be a great dad.

It would be more plausible and awesome if kakashi is related to tobirama but it is not possible as kakashi is hatake clan and tobirama is senju and cheating not a chance as never seen in narutoverse until now.

Boruto is the Hinata son , but he hasn't the byakugan.

It's posible that Tobirama is the great-grandfather of Kakashi , and his wife were a Hatake.
