I'm curious what would you do if you had a "serious" argument or heated debate with another member here

And one day your sitting or walking behind someone or someones or vice versa who is telling others a story and you listen and realize they are describing your debate/argument and you realize the person or persons

Is the base member or members who you got into the argument debate with

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?


Oh bonus question also what if they were your neighbor

I'd immediately take out my phone and message the person I was debating with over VM and PM. I'd ask him/her if they were at so-and-so, and I'd describe the situation as something like

"Weirdest shit ever. You remember our debate? I was walking past someone talking about the debate and I swear the guy sounds like it would be you. Do you live in so-and-so? Sorry for coming off as a freak."

If it was my neighbor, I would flat out ask him/her right there.

"Woah? You're on NB? That's so cool! Me too! My username is Jakai!"

Well...For first scenario I'll definitely just ignore it.
2nd scenario..I'm pretty sure we'll both laugh it off since we each didn't know the other was on NB in the first place.
Either way I'm not even sure I can get into a heated argument with someone here.

Well depends on the way the debate went. If it was a good constructive debate rlthan Id gladly greet them and invite them to a drink or something if however the debate left a bad taste I probably would hesitate but would greet them non the less.

If we turned out to be neighbours... well I guess wed do all the arguing in rl rather than here. XD
