People are so so shallow with characters who aren't hot personality-less emobaes like Sasuke and Madara, honestly.
Like I don't even like Gaara but ever notice how every character who isn't in the Top 5 Strongest is comically oversimplified? Obito's a pedo, Gaara's a 'homo', everyone is fodder...
Guys it really doesn't take a lot to engage even slightly with the series you're watching. Like it's as if Gaara didn't WANT his traumatic childhood.
I do like Sasuke and Madara as part of my top 3, but Obito is also. See obito is a good character, sure Rin stuff is kinda weird but only if you look at it a certain way instead of him keeping Rin in his head because he cared about her and there was a lot of trauma the day she died I mean he sat in a bloodbath for Christ sake so his brain never recovered from that day. I also like how you can "feel" and relate (relate meaning u can understand and sympathize/empathize) with how he was feeling especially during and after his change of heart u actually feel bad for him. I felt bad for Gaara during his first flashbacks in part one and maybe when he was captured by akatsuki but like someone said after e was revived and every single panel he is in he has to mention naruto evry 10 second and think about naruto it's like GET OVER IT DUDE SURE U HAVE MADE A FRIEND U DONT NEED TO DREAM AND FANTASIZE ABOUT THEM EVERY SECOND.
The Naruto obsession with Sasukr does seem unhealthy but way more justified. I mean they were close friends and there was a lot of tension between them and how deep Sasuke has fallen and all that while naruto wants to save him SO BAD when ppl tel him to let it go.
Personally if I had a best friend that has TAKEN A BULLET FOR ME like when Sasuke saved naruto from Haku and he has been going thru bad stuff in his life and has turned criminal/went apeshih hell yeah I wouldn't want him to get killed as a result and I'd wanna talk him out of it I mean maybe I wouldn't hyperventilate but it's manga obv everything is dramatized.
Those who would leave Sasuke behind cuz he has gone criminal or "bad" either have very sheltered lives, are *******s, or people who blindly conform "OH MY FRIEND DID HEROIN AND STOLE I GUESS I SHOULDNT TALK TO HIM ANYMORE OR I LOOK BAD" if u see my analogy.
Gaara on the other hand doesn't have that sort of tension and Naruto doesn't even feel the same way about him at he same level. Fantasizing about ur friend 24/7 for no apparent reason.... That my friend is homosexuality. Which I may sound homophobic but maybe it's subconscious cuz of the way I grew up but honestly I don't slander gays or have any personal thing against them. ITS JUST OBV KISHI INTENDED IT AND GAARAS FANS ARE IN DENIAL.
