1 MS Obito Had DMS Kakashi Feats

Back when he was guruguru he was not only intangible the entire time while fighting the mist, he was still making physical contact with them while intangible.

That's a DMS feat yet he did it with only his right eye.

Now another option would be he was involuntarily phasing in and out of kamui, but if thats the case he wouldve had to been fast as heck to phase through all those blades and make himself tangible to attack then intangible to phase again.

that's illogical cause he literally wouldnt have anytime to do it that way.

Considering multiple dudes tried stabbing him at once and all the blades phase through, and while they were through his body, he still physically harmed them.

I dont get it, was he intangible the entire time or was he switching?

The parts of his body that overlap with something else are sent to the other dimension.


Look at the chapter again. You'll notice that he didn't make any contact with them while things passed through him. He only counter-attacked while he was "solid". Think of it as a mode he turns on and off. While it's on, all those blades pass through him, then he turns it off to counter-attack and then turns it back on again to avoid being hit. His pre-cog helps with that as well.

I get your point now. So when Naruto smashed his Mask with rasengan , he was partly in Kamui world, and partly in the real world. So i guess it's the same case.

1st off Kamui is not an on/off mode, anyone who is saying that doesn't know how it works. There are multiple panels of obito phasing and making contact at the same time throughout the whole manga, i'll relate one instance

here Obito is phasing through the blades but his feet are solid and still touching the ground and he pushes the ground in the very next instance to jump up.

Right eye Kamui can make his body parts phase and stay in real world simultaneously, so he can decide which part of him goes intangible and which part stays solid.
People confuse this, Kamui is not a freaking mode that goes on and off....INFACT the only time Obito needs to be completely solid is when He wants to absorb someone

HERE OBITO wanted to absorb naruto so he had to go full solid, but when he saw kakashi and guy trying to interfere He had to phase.
He couldn't absorb Naruto by keeping his hand in the real world, at best he could do was slap him but thats not how absorption works.

He can only remain intangible and attack with techniques/weapons that are besides kamui.

Obito was never able to Kamui an atk with 1 MS. Never. It was pretty obvious he was switching between being tangible when going on offense and intangible whenever those guys were on offense btw. That was his whole strategy in pretty much every fight from that point on.
