Reason why itachis susanoo isnt top tier

Itachi isn't top tier because he isn't strong enough. Susanoo is cool and all but it lacks movement abilities and can still be attacked from underneath. For example, gaara can take him out easy.


Whats the point of having a shield that makes you invincible if you have no offensive abilities that can take out a top tier? Obito isn't going to walk into the totsuka blade. Neither will naruto. And neither will sasuke. Nor will madara. Etc.

People aren't just going to walk into totsuka. It's not strong or fast enough to hit them.
