Obito was no longer a JuubiJin and used a TSB after absorbing Madara's RSM chakra, Madara used Preta to absorb Hashi's Senjutsu chakra and ended up having Sage Mode. Manga facts > your denial U_U

This, in part 2 the only reason Orochimaru almost took control of Sasuke wasn't because he couldn't control CM but because he ran out of chakra subduing the CM and subduing Orochimaru's chakra while fighting Itachi for a long time. CM was never a problem for him in part 2.

What are you saying,he was modified by kabuto,who enhanced his hashirama dna to allow him use hashi powers and sasuke doesn't have ashura's chakra,he has hagoromo chakra,two different things.
Indra didn't have senjutsu,even if he had rikudou chakra,that doesn't give him senjutsu.

Obito was able to use a rikudou senjutsu after absorbing rikudou chakra was because he was a former juubi jin. I wonder how well you understood the manga.
Gotta disagree 100%. An un-nerfed sasuke absorbs the only jutsu naruto uses.Still under Naruto lol.
Naruto has been nerfed the hardest, even then Sasuke needed 9 bijuu to put up a fight and still lost.
