Considering the size of 10% katsuya in the manga .100% one would be around the Tree's stump size , bigger than buddha and obviously waa.....aaaay bigger than Sasuke's PS. with the ability to liquefy and split ,amatrasu,Enton and PS attacks are rendered useless ,not like if sasuke can cover such a range with enton to start with .and with the ability to spit oceans of acid ,susano is eaisly melted and sasuke is done for good .100% katsuya would beat even the likes of SM Hashirama :lol .

By "no PS" i didnt mean that he doesnt have Susano'o at all. Just not PS version. Sasuke probably loses, but he could outlast by playing it safe. 100% Katsuyu is, of course, OP, but it's too big. It's like trying to catch a fly (Sasuke), while the latter will be dealing with Sakuras somewhere in the forest.
