So lemme get this clear.....Itachi had given Naruto Shisui's eye coded with the ultimate genjutsu with the order of protect Konoha.....so if Naruto had faced Sasuke and Sasuke used MS against Naruto Sasuke would have been put under the ultimate genjutsu with the message of "protect Konoha" in his head.........that means he wouldn't have had free will for the rest of his life and would have functioned as a robot to serve Konoha without even realising it....wasn't it a bit harsh decision considering Itachi loved Sasuke and wanted him to life a life far away from all the Uchiha hatred....?
