Remember reality the Manga is call Naruto the series is call Naruto and it’s a traditional story about Naruto you are not being logical when thees are the facts and the conditions and you keep trying to change them when you do not own the rights to do so. Does it ever implied in DB or by Kishi that Rinnegan user created Spirit weapon of such caliber?

He should be happy everyone was here from him. Orochimaru gave him powers, Itachi gave him MS and then EMS and Hagoromo gave his chakra and his Rinnegan. So it's clearly useless to say he was nerfed because he is just weak on his own. There is a difference between winning fights with your own strength and winning using help from outside, this one not showing who you really are and what are your real limits.
