I think it being assimilate with Susanoo. And Susanoo is a special guardian of Uchiha where Uchiha have their own. Itachi have his own Susanoo and Sasuke have his own. I doubt Sasuke's current Susanoo is Itachi's Susanoo combined with his own.

As susanoo is body or brain chakra materialization and not Sharingan eyes alone. Thats why Madara can summon susanoo without eyes. Its in their body power/chakra as Uchiha/Indra descendant.

Itachi's Susanno didn't come with Yata Mirror and Totsuka blade... Itachi found them just like how Oro was looking for them..
So they are separate from his Susanno meaning they are not necessarily a power that came from his eyes..
We can then conclude that even though Sasuke has Itachi's eyes, he can't have the spiritual weapons unless he actually searched for them..

We've been told that every MS/EMS user has two signature jutsu specific to their eyes..
Sasuke has Enton Manipulation and Amaterasu.. why would he have Tsukyomi in addition??

As for Izanami and Izanagi I think Sasuke is very capable of using them but everyone besides Naruto is fodder before him so I don't see why he would use a jutsu that will make him lose an eye..
