Amenotejikara is instant. There isn't reaction to that. If he looks at you, you literally fall down into the portal, immediately, with no reaction time.

There is a diference between switching you're self with the sorrounding objects in an instant and there is about opening a portal to another dimension (witch is not instant).

same goes for all Sasuke,Sakura and naruto needing Obito kamui to exit kamui dimension or Kakashi doing it via kamui rather than summoning

its obvious in that case as kamui is a sealed dimension

The only people I see surviving that are
1. Kaguya coz it mostlikely will be her dimension since sasuke does'nt own a dimension
2. Momoshiki (they already dimension travelled, so they posses a teleportation tech)
3. Limbo as soon as madara is teleported he switches with limbo then figure out the distance of sasuke's shifting range like he did in canon, then procede to keep his distance and rape sasuke with his susano ( and I'm pretty sure madara would figure out how to use a portal + he can create a portal with creation of all things)
4. Juubito (he can't phase but he can teleport, so he has the chakra to dimension travel)
5. Hagoromo, because he gave sasuke his powers + with creation of all thing he can create a portal
6. Prolly anyone with izanagi that is all uchiha's and danzo
7. Oro will mostlikely spring out of someones neck
8. Toneri (creation of all things, he created a cage so that goes to show he posses the ability
9. Minato and tobirama might be able to teleport before the portal closes at it does'nt instantly close and the moment its opened they will be alert (as they are smart)

I'm surprised alot could survive
