The title is "top 10 Naruto characters of all time",so they skipped the characters of Shippuden.Itachi only has few roles in Naruto so make sense he is ranked below sakura.Also Akatsuki and Madara (from Sawyer7mage's video) do not show up until shippuden so they were not on the pools.But still the list is stupid,Orochimaru,Kabuto,Hiruzen Sarutobi,Tsunade,Shikamaru,Rock Lee should be on the list.
