Why didn't Naruto use Rikudo mode in the movies?

When he fought Toneri he didn't even need to use it, since the opponent was pretty weak. But what about Momoshiki? He made quite trouble to him and the others, Rikudo mode would have for sure saved his ass a little better.
Is it possible that he can't use it anymore?

Another question is, why the hell would Kaguya go to the trouble of creating a Zetsu army to fight against Momoshiki, when she is quite clearly miles stronger than him.

Becouse everytime he has to fight the final vilain he ends up getting his chakra drained at first soo that him and sasuke can be equal.

First ,you should differentiate between RSM and Rikudo senjutsu cloak .
On meeting the Rikudo ,naruto received /got two different power up .Six paths(Rikudo) Sage Mode (RSM) which is a gifted tech from hagoromo and it is basically super sage mode (according to DB4) .the second power up was Rikudo senjutsu cloak .this cloak naruto used against madara,kaguya and sasuke and has on its back the marks jiubi jins have on their backs .Rikudo senjutsu cloak most likely comes from having chakra from all bijus and grants you some Rikudo chakra

To answer your question .Naruto didn't use RSM in the last but he did used it against Momoshiki ,however Rikudo senjutsu cloak wasn't used in both movies. maybe because he lost the chakra from all bijus which is needed to manifest Rikudo senjutsu cloak but hagoromo said that naruto would be the meeting point of all bijus .so I guess he can summon the bijus's souls and manifest Rikudo senjutsu cloak if needed .

naruto did say if he use that power there it would distroy the place but he did give ah little to his son for that last attact. if u look close u would see the blck mark under his son hand.

He didn't use rsm because of plot,naruro needed to be nerfed so that momoshiki and kinshiki would have appeared as a threat. Same applies to sasuke,he hardly used any of his dojutsu abilities. But at least kishi gave him a new mode,six paths kurama mode that's what he uses in the gaiden and boruto movie,rsm is too godly same with full rinnegan and sharingan abilities to be used,if rsm was used against momoshiki he would have been utterly stomped.

He didn't,what he used wasn't rsm it's even debatable If he even used senjutsu,there Is nothing like rsm with bijuu chakra,rsm with kurama chakra those are just assumptions,there is only rsm which comes with a chakra mode exclusively for naruto. You can choose to believe it's rsm but it isn't,what naruto used was kurama mode and naruto still has bijuu chakra so just sit back and shut it.
