I actually think he'll be an league above Hebi Sasuke. Possibly stronger than MS Sasuke.

Its kinda amazing that all the feats he did in Part 1 was at such an high standard despite him being at his weakest (busy dying).

He created an dense forest of bones at his dying state. Would've loved to see him at full power.
He would've definitely been an threat to everyone, including Akatsuki.

he was high jounin in part 1, or at least equal to part 1 gaara so he would at least be where gaara is in part 2

Well I think that kimimaro hype is BS. Even if he get his body, how would Orochimaru achieve his goal? He needed the sharing an/rinnegan which kimimaro just possessed OP bone ninjutsu. Which part 1 Gaara handled him high difficulty when he was sick. So if you take away his sickness and add all the experience every character got after part 1, hebi sasuke solos him low mid difficulty, taka sasuke takes him low difficulty

What? Kimimaru has zero potential to develop any type of Sage Mode, and has very little room to grow.
Ash Bones are a no, they seem to be a reverse of COAT erasing all offensively, rather than creating all. They are certainly not normal bones.
Basically the only surefire way that he would develop is speed, in which he was still never equal to Hebi Sasuke, so he would need to advance to that point and further to compete with anyone.
