My mother's boyfriend speaks german and english this way. It can be so annoying, especially when he does that on purpose

The "general" US-accent and the japanese one are the most enjoyable to me.

The Indian was like that of the Indian guy in Dragon Ball.

No I'm agreeing with you. From what I hear, they have British teachers that teach English so I guess it makes sense why they got the accent. Since I'm American, I just have a regular accent lol

My experience is that Africans don't speak English that well...at least the ones I met from places like Nigeria/Gambia/Camerun...etc. At least, they don't give sht about grammar.
