For Boruto and Sarada to have even the potency for Rikudou Chakra Mode or Rinnegan they have to be reincarnates of Indra and Ashura, but they aren't.

They'll only go as far as Sage Mode and Mangekyou Sharingan.

Not necessarily, Marada and Hashirama at their prime only had SM and EMS respectively. Still it's only a prediction of Boruto's and Sarada's Potential Prime Power.

I never thought of them as the reincarnations, I only laid out everything that I (assumed) knew was in them. It's a matter of waiting and seeing if they bring it out.
