Sakura never gained the speed needed to land an attack on Tendo; realistically, she's still slower than Kakashi, and lacks any mid-range/long-range jutsu to approach. She has absolutely no counter to Chibaku Tensei, unless she's somehow able to jump to the center of it and punch the core (and that punch destroys it). We've only seen it broken by a Bijuudama-level attack, so it's hard to see her punch strategy working.
In close-range, Sakura has the edge in Taijutsu, unless she isn't fast enough to land a hit. We've really only seen her land attacks on high-level opponents in situations where they were distracted; Kaguya/Shin were completely ignoring Sakura when she landed hits on them.
Anything is possible with plot, but Sakura never surpassed Sage Mode Naruto in the series, and Naruto couldn't handle God Realm without a combination of Kurama, long-range attacks, and clones for distractions. Sakura has to rely on different strategies, involving a more basic set of tools. Her only real edge is in her chakra reserves; she can probably heal herself more or less indefinitely against the standard Shinra Tensei.
