If Sasuke had finished off Naruto, 5 Kages, and the Tailed Beasts then his first action would have been to not undo the IT, instead he would want the whole alliance to transform into WZ's, then he solos all of them.

As for Toneri, he gets stomped by Sasuke when he comes out of his hiding place. Kakashi and Sakura are too weak enough to damage Sasuke at this point so he takes them out low/mid diff.

He basically builds his own empire that has nothing to do with the past since he severed his bonds with the people there.

As soon as Sauce got it kurama said he had did the opposite of what hag's did.. he split the juubi into the beasts and sasuke made himself/his susanoo the vessel(gedo) so it should stand to reason he can def' do away with the beastd he had already lowdiffed and sealed for his usage..

Sasuke is known for doing reverse fuinjutsu.. releasing Oro was the start and damn it was a shock to see the skill comparable to hag's creating tailed beasts
