Medical records reveal Hitler had one testicle and a deformed penis?

There have been recently surfaced evidence about Hitler's medical records which suggest that he suffered from a condition known as "hypospadias" which gives small genitals. Apparently his physiology was recorded by Hitler's doctor in his personal diaries.

It would actually explain a lot if this is indeed true.
