I'd still give it to Sasuke med-high diff. It's not just MS powers they have to contend with; his Chidori and its variations, Katons, speed, kenjutsu and genjutsu are all going to be difficult and well within the realms of inflicting damage to Chiyo especially.

Amaterasu isn't exactly a strong point for Byakugou either.

None of them can counter Amaterasu or Susanoo arrow. If Chiyo starts with puppets out though,
it might be enough of a distraction for Chiyo and Sakura to turn this into a mid-high diff fight.

Susanoo counters everything though, and the two of them can't survive long enough for susanoo to go
down. Sasuke is also faster and more versatile. Sakura's greatest hope is ground punch, which
won't take Sasuke out. Sakura needs a direct punch that can be blocked by susanoo or just countered
by Sasuke's superior CQC or kenjutsu, which would result in slicing off her arm.

There's also genjutsu in play too.

Tsunade has larger chakra reserves than Sakura who has the lowest reservers of of all Naruto’s generation and Tsunade still lost to Madara along with the other Kage’s Sakura could not kill,destroy an eye to save the world.

We're talking about MS Sasuke who is significantly weaker than Madara or VOTE 2 Sasuke.

MS Sasuke only had an incomplete Susanoo.

Sakura's punch can easily break that. Also there's no evidence to suggest that Adult Sakura's chakra reserves are less than Tsunade. Sakura's most devastating punch outclassed anything we've seen from Tsunade.
