I think sasuke with one arm is better in kenjutsu because now his other arm isnt in the way when he swings and gives him an unorthadox kind of style when fighting. Although another hand would be better for defense and using techniques.

He's Ambidextrous he just prefers to use his left arm. There's a difference between neing left handed and prefetably left handed. It's the same logic as I can both meat and vegetables butI predominately like to eat meat that doesn't mean I'm a carnivore solely now.
