6 dead in Kalamazoo County shooting spree; gunman still at large

At least six people were killed Saturday during a shooting spree Kalamazoo County, Michigan, county Undersheriff Paul Matyas told CNN.

A total of nine people were shot in three locations, authorities said. Two people are in critical condition, and one is in serious condition.

“What it looks like is we have someone just driving around, finding people and shooting them dead in their tracks,” Matyas told CNN affiliate WOOD TV.

Police say the suspect, believed to be a white man in his 50s, is still at large. They are looking for a dark blue or silver Chevrolet HHR.

I don't believe guns should be banned, but they definitely should require stricter background checks and with more restrictions.
