tbh i say itachi wins scenario 1 med diff at best and wins scenario 2 low diff.

-Clone feints prevent him from having a sure chance of catching the real Itachi, and if Itachi feints out with a clone and Obito warps it then he's finished.

But using 1 clone is not that much of a distraction, it only takes this to 50% chances. Not to mention Itachi still splits his chakra in two. And even healthy, he has 2.5 in stamina. In part 1 he had to retreat after using tsukuyomi and amaterasu, and he was not about to die there.

Agreed at the clone thing. I still don't see how itachi wins. He gets outlasted since i don't see him touching Obito.

That is unless Obito gets tricked and sucks in a clone, which is highly likely.

But the difference here (that i argued once with you about Kakashi) is that Itachi doesn't know where Obito is from the other dimension. So an ambush attack from the other dimension while the real Itachi overlaps with him is even more unlikely. Not saying there is not a chance, but Obito still has chances even if he sucks the clone.

-Obito's position when he phases is relative to his position in the real world. So if a clone gets warped and Itachi hits Obito while he's still at that spot the clone would kill obito from the other side. It's actually very likely since Itachi would literally be warped right where Obito decides to phase as long as Obito doesn't get the chance to move, which he won't.

And it's restriction doesn't matter. In fact, it being restricted gives Itachi a better chance of winning due to Izanami. If Obito uses Izanagi and Itachi sets up Izanami, which he will, it's a an instant one shot.
