The filler is Tsunade dreaming of a Jiraiya novel which is basically canon slightly altered. The main differences being:
- Masked man is Edo Hiashi.
- Sasori is the leader of Akatsuki.
- Pein makes a giant CT instead of ST'ing the village.
- Kushina dies during the Arc, giving Naruto other half of Kurama to defeat Pein, giving him KCM.

- Naruto vs. Sasuke 1 happens on a random rooftop (Yamato is in ANBU and trying to stop Naruto from pursuing him, but ends up getting solo'd by a release of chakra from V1 Naruto :| :|) (And instead of thrashing downwards, Sasuke makes a Kirin just to sit there and look pretty for Naruto to throw an FRS.)
- Itachi dies getting in between the two of them, and we even see his soul part, but then a few eps later he's alive. :| :| :|
- Last ep saw K11 face Kakuzu, Deidara, Hidan and Sasori. Sasuke appears and Raiton's the mines laid by Deidara, joins the fight. All but Sasori disappear, and then deciding SM Naruto, MS Sasuke and Sakura isn't enough to beat Sasori, they decide to bring in Minato, Itachi, the rest of K11 plus a sh*t load of other shinobi.
- Sasori reveals he made the other Kage into puppets and just because Sasuke never plans (right?), he summons Aoda and goes straight in, getting Aoda wiped out by Jinton in one move.
- Then Sasori uses Edo Tensei to revive what appeared to be a load of Hyuuga. :| :| :| :| :|
- After the shinobi army arrive, Sasori gets murderstomped and Sasuke reveals his true intentions (wonder where they got that from?).
