In that first scan Sasuke says that him and Naruto are able to share the pain in each others hearts. So since they ended the cycle of hatred is them sharing the pain in their hearts an example of NINSHU?

VoTE 1 was the first use of Ninshuu in the manga.

In a way, yes. However, Ninshu is connected through person link to their spiritual chakra and understanding one's heart and thoughts.

Yes, it is Ninshuu.
Naruto used it in the war several times, without knowing it. Like here:
