nope he has no counter to Joki Boy and Deidara c2 dragon and konohmari and iruka can dsitract him. also if C2 dragon and Joki Boy receive V2 Kyuubi cloak they're on par with gedo mazou or even juubi in durability

Diedara has no counter for Totsuka Blitz and Itachis speed. Itachi can read through everything Diedara does with sharingan, Amaterasu solos, and Tsukyomi rapes.

Joki Boy does nothing to ribcage or Itachi evades.
