Reasons why Sakura and Neji (Like both of them before someone throws accusations at me) don't beat:

Kisame: Senshokukou, Sameodori no Jutsu or Daikoudan no Jutsu finish them. Their techniques will be ineffective in water.
Deidara: Long range fighter vs. two H2H... Only jutsu remotely useful is Hakke Kuushou, but that's not got a long enough reach/will be countered with hand bombs.
Konan: Stated in previous post.

Diedara and Kakuzu are Nejis worst matchups. Kakuzu and Diedara were shown to be a lot quicker. Kakuzu can tank physical hits by Neji and use his hearts to surround Neji with powerful ninjutsu. He also outlasts Neji easily. Diedara would murder Neji no problem.

Neji would see the bomb deidara hide and eventhough kakuzu have 5 heart i dont see any problem if neji can pin point those 5 using byakugan
