I'd imagine that since Itachi's V2 Susano'o withstood the brunt of Kirin, EMS Sasuke's Standard V4 Susano'o should be able to withstand SM Naruto's FRS, especially when it's supposed to be stronger than Itachi's V4 Susano'o.

Nope. V4 tanks it with minimal damage at worst and no damage at best. Kirin is > FRS, but still in the same league, and it can't even damage Itachi after busting V3. EMS V4>MS V4>MS V3. And the gap between 3 and 4 ain't small considering V4 is adding a whole new layer of armor on top of V3.

COFRS would destroy it though.
