You said send him flying, meaning Naruto would have to hit or throw him, meaning no dodging would be in the equation. But yeah, sure, he can dodge. But if B charges from 5m or less the best he can do is block.

V2 Bee's attacks are linear (from what has been shown by V1/V2 Bee) which is perfect for SM Naruto as his Sage Sensing acts similar to Precognition. It was also shown how effectively SM Naruto could evade Sandaime Raikage with such precision partially due to his linear attack pattern. I'd imagine that since SM Naruto's attacks alone can send Boss-Sized Summons flying at high speeds with a single blow should indicate that SM Naruto has a chance at injuring V2 Bee here.

Of course, in a direct clash in terms of strength, V2 Bee should be superior, but I think the fact that SM Naruto should be able to dodge V2 Bee's attack pattern quite well and the fact that he possesses a very high level of physical strength (at least enough to damage V2 Bee IMO) should indicate that SM Naruto has a chance here.

I said react to his lariat AND send him flying. Not sure how one of those wouldn't be in the equation as I mentioned them both. I didn't mean in the same moment though if that's what you thought. Just saying he should be able to throw him.

Naruto got sent flying from blind Madaras kick despite the fact that he actually blocked it. V2 bees lariat is far far stronger than Madaras kick so even if Naruto blocks it. His entire arms would be hammered.
