Zoom is Jay Garrick???

Did you see the new Flash episode? That Masked Guy was clearly trying to say something about Jay Garrick. And then where was he when Geomancer showed up at the lab? And then at the last part Zoom kills him? Really?

I think the masked guy in the cell is the real Jay Garrick and the "Jay" we know is an impostor.

Another theory is that Zoom is the future Jay who came from Earth 2, he becomes Zoom after taking too much velocity 9, but doesn't know it yet.

We know E1 Jay was adopted and called Hunter Zolomon,
What if E2 Jay lied about the adoption story to hide the fact that he is also named Hunter Zolomon.
That makes the iron mask guy the real E2 Jay Garrick (and a completely different actor)
Since there's still no logical connection between either earth's Zolomon to Zoom, we're gonna have to think outside the box ("the box" being the timeline)
Which leads me to:
1) Zoom is future-E2-zolomon.
2) present day E2-Zolomon and the velocity drugs are Zoom's origin story.
Explanation: Zolomon-E2(aka fakeJay) thinks he can use the speedforce to cure himself so he travels to E1 and pretends to be a powerless Jay Garrick to get team flashes help. Through the velocity drugs he eventually gains permanent speedforce and an addiction to constantly grow his powers and become faster, aka he becomes Zoom.

Yeah, the Illusion thing. But both were in the same proximity. Zoom being in his lair on earth 2 while projecting an image in star labs in earth 1 would take speed to a whole new level.

That's part of the thing though, we don't know exactly how simultaneously events happen on the show, plus Jay "went to sleep" for awhile in Earth 1 and was late(with super speed) despite being in the same building.

But we know Jay was in the lab and zoom in the other lab on earth 2. We know those two events are simultaneous.

I know. I think Jay has a part to play but I don't think he is zoom. Unless he has a clone or something.

No we don't, they just took place after each other in the show, Zoom could have been in the lair threatening the man in the mask and beating Barry hours after or before Jay took Velocity 9 for all we know. It's implied they're happening simultaneously but there's no actual proof. Chances are "Jay" isn't really Jay and the man in the mask is.

Yes there is. I mean when they were escaping earth 2. Jay was in the lab in earth 1waiting to close the breach. And zoom was in the lab in earth 2 where wells stabbed him with whatever that was.

That was his hand and yeah I may have forgotten that part, though I don't remember seeing Jay there when Wells was stabbed despite him throwing the bomb in. Honestly I wouldn't want Zoom to be Jay though, it'd be too much like Season 1 with Thawne/Wells. There's something to this Zolomon guy they showed, there's no reason they would show him and not build on it, also Jay's doppleganger is the only one we see with a different identity; Barry is Barry, Iris is Iris, Caitlin is Caitlin etc. but Jay is Hunter? That's odd.
