Can Naruto revive Rinnegan/Sharingan?

SInce apparently he can create life in an organism using Rikudou chakra, if Edo Nagato and Edo Itachi were presented immobilized in front of him, would he be able to bring actual life to their eyes? (Not their entire body, which would be like Rinne Tensei) but simply their eyes, which wouldn't take as much chakra?

Can they? Maybe I'm forgetting something. The biggest trial the byakugo has ever faced was Tsunade's bisection and that didn't go too well. Granted she did try and help the other kage and she was low on chakra after fighting Madara. They might need to not be exhausted + have their other arm collected and have Katsuyu gel it back to the shoulder and then kinda seal it back up via regeneration if you get me? That's a lot to ask for considering they presumably got blitzed to lose the arm in the first place. A limb is a good chunk of the body. They'd want to be pretty fresh to try and pull a Piccolo...

Again, she was trying to save the kages. Fact is, Katsuyu needs the Byakugo Seal to heal others. If Tsunade had used Sozo Saize to regenerate her limbs she'd been out of chakra again.

If she had decided to let the others die, she could just save herself easily. And using Katsuyu to attach her lower part again was the better Option as she would save some chakra and wouldnt reduce her life Span.

i would think so i mean he did start guys heart.. why couldnt he revive their eyes if they were already "stopped functioning" just like guys heart it didnt function so naruto revived it.....

You right about that it regenerates, but not create new limbs, otherwise Tsunade would not have bother of trying to reattaching herself. She would have grown a new lower halve.
