Over the years in animation, and anime more than any other, we have seen characters go thru some intense trials in order to achieve a new level. Everywhere from Goku going SS for the 1st time, to seeing Flash acquire the Speed Force, there's a range of transformations displaced throughout anime that are just too cool to be ignored.

Animation: 4 - The way they obscurely show off the different areas of his body one by one had me beyond hyped.

Music: 5 - It is probably this sole reason why its my fav. Talk about a perfect score. DBZ has the best Jap OST i have ever heard. I could spend hours talking about just that

Transformation Design: 5 - Gotenks is arguably my top 3 favorite looking people in DB

Reason for Transforming: 4.5 - I love the idea of using two young energetic kids to have to master a secret dance that requires them to be in perfect synchronization and grants them this amazing power through uniting them as one person and granting them an entire new personality.

Series: 5 - DBZ
