konan spent a life to prepare her hidden attack against tobidara,and in the end she destroyed only a piece of tobidara's mask+ a replacable zetsu arm!!!!!

-there's no badassery in here but only a failed plan..



the point of the fight of konan vs Tobidara :

the point of the fight of konan vs Tobidara wasn't about winning or losing....it was all about IZANAGI teh forbidden uchiha no jutsu...

-with konan's death,and tobidara's immortality, kishi was clearly saying that IZANAGI is the best trumpcard to be used in battle ,in the NV.


-some poeple should stop thinking that izanagi is a cheating jutsu.

-nooo what izanagi does is turning reality into a mere illusion, thats exactly what tobidara did, in exchange of that tobidara lost an eye, thats the price he payed for using izanagi!!.

Konan is a dope female character though. It doesn't matter if she got beaten by Tobidara after Izanagi. The fact that she could go head to head with an MS user says alot. She is one of the strong willed women this series has to offer.

Also I would like to point out that in by no means have I seen anyone else say Izanagi was a cheating jutsu. Izanagi is no Boruto's Bracelet. It is used for escape during crucial times. If you call Izanagi a cheat might as well be consistent and call Kamui a cheat as well. These jutsus are great for defense and the fact that Konan was the first person whom we have seen in the manga doing this much damage to Tobidara implies a lot.

She is far from fodder, a great support character.
