-His tactics easely countered? He's the most reflexive character seen in the manga (always excluding rikudo crap) and has FTG, and clones. He caught Juubito out of guard 4 times. How do you easely counter that?
On bar with Tbb? Stop it. It might considered a powerful offense, but the mechanics in using the jutsu requires quite of bit of prep. For one, Tobirmara was stated to never perfect the jutsu, his ability to utilize Edo remains unknown. Secondly, it's a random fodder shinobi that we conveniently grant him. Any jonin/Kate level shinobi should be able to avoid this shinobi. It has below/average speed/strength. Clones, restraint, etc would be effective in dealing with this Edo. It's only a matter of keeping the Edo outta range.
His reflexes has nothing to do with his tactics being countered. His reflexes are useful when on the defense. Ftg is an easy counter, simply remove kunia or know their whereabouts. Tags as well. Don't compare his fighting style to Minato, Tobirama doesn't spread multiple kunia. Also, it's not a matter of him not being able to do this, but his character DOESNT nor has he shown, from what remember, having multiple kunia. Juubito was careless, indestructible, and mindless.
