I don't know how Boruto is going to obtain a Sharingan. The closest thing he will have to a dojutsu is the Byakugan.

Each clan has their respective abilities crossing them over between each other would take the uniqueness away from that clan. Kurama chakra in Boruto is already there hence him and his sister being born with whisker-like birthmarks.

Copy dimensional jutsu unique to each user not possible. As far as eye prowess that is where it end now Boruto unlocking his Byakugan then combining gentle fist tech with elements is probably next or maybe something along the lines of naruto splitting Kurama in half again just before death and giving one-half to each sibling making the villages ultimate duo. Another possibility is that Himawari inherited Hamura body and Boruto Hamura chakra and by transplanting Himawari's eyes into his body he unlocks tensegan.

Closest you're going to get to dimension hopping byakugan user is Kaguya unless Boruto turns out to have Ashura's and Hamura's chakra and marries Sarada who had Indras chakra and had a kid who now had Hagromo and Hamura chakra then possibly befriended the 9 bijuu inheriting some of their chakra effectively making said child Kaguya.
