[Discussion] Judge my manga ideas/premises

Im studing animation in college(among some other things) and plan on drawing my own manga at some point. here are my ideas and if you had some time was wondering what you thought

Idea 1: This is more of a seinen styled story. The world is bathed in sin. To respond to this god has branded anyone who commits a grave sin to demonize them(making them a sinner). As a result of this any sinner will be attacked on site in any major city by the police or the citizens. To make matters worse god will allow and act or crime committed against a sinner. There is even a task force created by the government to hunt down any sinner. Large groups of sinners have banded together and formed safe zones(large cities occupied by sinners where the government would have to fight a costly battle due to their strength). Sinners are branded with a red sign and some sinners have discovered that this grants them the ability to gather energy and use it to fight. The main character is a child of sin(a person born of 2 sinners who has been granted special abilities but is not a sinner) and due to this was tortured and experimented on until he was able to escape his imprisonment, accidentally killing many people there in the process and becoming a sinner himself. Now he must learn to survive in a world that wants him dead.

Idea 2: This will be quick. There are beings that have existed since the dawn of time, some even consider them gods. these beings will appear to a human of their choosing who is in deep peril and has strong desires. They will ask the human(man, women, or child) what they want and will grant them physic powers so that they can accomplish their task. There are two secrets that they wont tell you. The first catch is that you will immediately die after you finish your goal. Your goal can be anything, revenge, to save a life, etc. The second is that at the time of your death if you do not accept your death(if you desire to live past the goal has been completed) you will transform into a mindless monster who only lives to destroy.

Idea 3: There are many gods who watch over different galaxys. The god who watches over the milky way(the son of GOD himself) gets bored one day and decides to radically evolve multiple species on different planets in our galaxy. As a punishment god himself striped him off all his godly powers and banishes him to earth to live among the same humans that he grew bored off.

I like the first two ideas, but... on your first idea you wrote that "God" brands sinners with a special mark and that those who bare the special mark will be attacked and presumably killed. The word "God" stands for Omnipotence, Omnipresence, Omniscience, so wouldn't the "God" in your fictional universe have the power to eradicate these so called sinners? I don't know what is your depiction of God, really.

he does but the god(s) only believe in intervening only if necessary and wouldnt want to do something so drastic, i guess branding people could be seen as contradictory

I also like the second idea, maybe i'll put more thought into it

Dude that second one for a short story is pretty sweet. The whole you change into a monster did it for me. You could save someone's life but don't want to die thus changing into a monster and potentially killing the person you just chose to save.

They all have a mostly straightforward and somewhat generic synopsis, but they also have that one element in there that could make them unique if done properly. Just pick the one you think you could make the most feasible storyline out of. Don't go with the one that gets the most public approval.

My idea of story-

story about Samurai/Shogunate civilization/way that was actually what whole human followed(Much like how all human in Naruto followed Shinobi idea/way). But before all thing come into place there actually war between two civilizations of species(Clash of Civilizations/species) to pursue the right to rule the earth. Human species(At that time following Shogunate way) and Org species(more toward Viking/barbarian way) fought until Human won. But it not stop there, unknown by those species one deity came down and altered the structure of the planet where human maintained their position as the ruler of earth and get elevate their status by God as the no.1 creation mean while the Org get sent into the other dimension where there was a planet that parallel to earth. In other words their status as no.2 creation God tells them and human. With the overwhelming discontent from them toward human, they vow one day they will once again fight and eventually annihilate human from existence and take the right. The story begin.....

I feel like the concept has been done before, or several times over and it's just not appealing. They're too simple and not creative enough. That's just me though. Different crowds.
