The best sharingan user in the whole NV is obviously the legendary shinobi UCHIHA MADARA!!


Reasons why its not sasuke :

sasuke is a good sharingan user but he isn't the best becuz :

1-his eye keeps bleeding : the eye bleeding itself is teh prove that sasuke doesn't know how to economize his chakra reserve that exhaust his eyes..

2-the eye bleeds becuz sasuke doesn't know how to use the powers of his sharingan wisely..forexemple he just threw amaterassu on Madara without thinking ..



Reasons why UCHIHA MADARA IS TEH BEST SHARINGAN USER WITHOUT CONTEST!!!:



1-Madara had all kinds of sharingans : rinne-sharingan , rinnegan ,EMS,MS ,S ....he used them all perfectly...

2-the Reason why MS-Madara got blind wasn't becuz of MS overuse...but it was becuz he wasn't aware of the fact that overusing MS causes teh user blindness...Madara was teh 1st one to experience dat!!

3-Madara is so god sharingan user dat he stole kakashi's sharingan and used it better then kakashi and obito...its as if this Madara was born to be the God of sharingan..

4-just give any ordinary sharingan eye to Madara and see how Madara will do great things with this ordinary sharingan!!....you won't believe your eyes..

5-itachi said Madara was teh one to know the sharingan true secrets....thus where there are teh secrets ,lie the true powers!!!

6-Madara is so god and bada$$ that even when you dont give him sharingan , he can still activate susano and do this things :

Madara is the strongest (base) uchiha, but he only ever uses his hax PS, which doesn't take much "skill" to pull off, despite being the strongest.

Sasuke is the most innovative with his techniques, being the only Uchiha so far to mix his MS powers together to create improved versions of each.

Obito has the smallest skill set of Uchiha sharingan techniques, but his total and absolute mastery of Kamui put him immediately within the top tier of shinobi in the world. He is the definition of specialized.

Itachi canonically has the weakest set of MS powers at his disposal, but his insane ability to do more with less than anyone else is unparalleled. Surely if he were given Madara's, Sasuke's or Obito's Sharingan, he would vastly outclass them with it.

Kakashi is not an Uchiha and his Sharingan is not natural, and actually takes more out of him than it would an Uchiha, but despite this server handicap, he remains within the top tier of Sharingan users because of his intelligence and natural ability to adapt.



Of all the decently notable Sharingan users, each one excels in a different area of mastery, making this "who is the best sharingan user" contest impossible to decide without more specific parameters.

The best Sharingan user was Itachi, hands down.
Itachi was known to manipulate almost any opponent with his Genjutsu and created a lot f combination of Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu, that's skills. No matter how much power Madara has with his Sharingan doesn't mean he was the best one, because your question stated "the best Sharingan user", namely this means a skill user by using Sharingan, and not about power. If you named your title "Who was the strongest Sharingan user", then I agree with you.

Itachi's Sharingan usage is a lot better than Saske in this case, and he was not only a good Shinobi, bu he was able put anyone inside his Genjutsu in an instant. Even powerful ones couldn't predict his Sharingan moves. Itachi had a lot more to show, however Kishi had to kill him for the plot to continue.

Hopefully, we will get to see more Itachi in this new filler soon.
