What would their son be like? In terms of looks, personality and power.

Assume he would be born as a living person, not as an Edo Tensei. If you don't think Edo Tensei can have children, assume they were somehow fully revived.

this child would have a near infinite chakra pool from being both senju and uzumaki. he'd also have a genius father to train him and teach him how to be an analytical boss as well as super fast and strong and potentially learn edo tensei along with the rest of tobiramas jutsu.

If you mean more what would happen with a Senju and Uzumaki, then Tsunade has both Senju and Uzumaki genes as her grandfather was Hashimara and grandmother Mito Uzumaki but then add the 9 tails chakra I guess
