Why was madara's susanoo so much bigger than sasukes

That susanoo was not as big as madara's susanoo in the manga. It was first of all made by cc2 and second of all he had juubi+2 rinnegan chakra

Madara's Susanoo was only up to the height level of a shattered rubble meteorite, the full size makes Madara's PS look like a dwarf.

EMS Madara's PS is way bigger than EMS sasuke's PS and I don't think his sussno got bigger by awakening Rinnegan thus Madara's susano is still bigger .
Adult Sasuke susano should be around EMS Madara's PS in terms of size though .

Jin Madara PS could possibly be much bigger than his EMS PS too.

Not really sure.. Doesnt mean much, kind of like there is dudes with bigger muscles but u may be stronger. Just depends on the potency of the chakra or like my analogy, the amount of fast twitch muscle u have.

Madara's PS is larger due to Superior Chakra Control which enables him to Stabilize a lot more chakra compared to EMS Sasuke and his PS is also stronger due to having superior Chakra Quality.
