I personally think madara would beat kakashi, I know kamui is hax, but how can kakashi counter limbo? I mean for all we know he might not be able to phase when limbo attacks him coz limbo exists in another dimension, and madara can neutralise kamui shuriken with yasaka magatamas, kamui raikiri gets absorbed, madara uses clones so he does'nt get sniped as well as flower tree world and mayfly, madara is a sensor, so as soon as madara senses kakashi materialising he attacks with limbo (which kakashi can neither sense nor see) , plus madara has more chakra

Kaguya couldn't absorb Kamui Raikiri when it hit her, so I think DMS Kakashi can do some damage if he lands it quick enough. Kamui is him going to another dimension separate from both Limbo and the real world, so it should work. With Rikoudo chakra DMS Kakashi has maybe he can sense Limbo. Kakashi may pull a win if he hits Madara quick enough before his chakra runs out.

Kaguya couldn't absorb Kamui Raikiri when it hit her, so I think DMS Kakashi can do some damage if he lands it quick enough. Just having rikudou chakra does'nt mean one can sense limbo, one needs rikudou senjutsu, that's why sasuke could'nt sense limbo, and bout kaguya, kaguya was focused on the main threats, that is naruto and sasuke with the yin yang seal, and he slipped through her ash bone, its not like she could'nt absorb it but she had other things to worry bout (that is naruto and sasuke), their is nothing that implies madara can't absorb a basic rikudou enhanced raikiri
