That's funny. Rinnegan resists the effects of Tsukyomi, therefore, since everyone attains a "Rinnegan", they're automatically immune to it even though that's not the case. Your logic is flawed. It's as simple as that.

Seriously, why do you think Sasuke told Naruto remain within his Susano'o? Because RSM Naruto isn't immune to it.

The manga never stated whether the RSM makes Naruto immune to IT. It's currently unknown if he is. Sasuke did tell Naruto to stay inside Susanoo, but Sasuke doesn't' know the full capability of the RSM. He was just assuming Naruto isn't immune to IT.

What I do find interesting is that even though the rinnegan makes Sasuke immune to IT the jutsu can't be cancelled with just the rinnegan. The RSM/all beast chakra+rinnengan is required to cancel the IT. So I wouldn't be surprised if RSM makes Naruto immune to IT.
