If the curse of hatred is now over what could the Boruto Manga even be about? More ootsutsuki clan stuff? Or some Orochimaru stuff?

It's going to be the GT of NV .. & watch Kishi come back in some years to pick up where he left off lol

It's about the new generations. They'll hopefully bring back the part 1 feels when Naruto fights were strategic and not about spamming Rasengans and Amaterasu all over the place.

It'll probably be even worse than GT. A new naruto series should be set in the distant future, distant past or another timeline all together. I would have preferred the new series to be a series showing what if scenarios like what if nagato defeated naruto and extracted the kyuubi. What if oro became the 4th hokage etc. And let it be done well not like the fillers.

But like I said before it will be the same shonen nakama power thing that I'm tired of. I have no interest in this series.

I agree a different timeline would be way better, I'd want to see the history of the So6p sons starting their clans. I just hope that this new manga doesn't make naruto go even further down hill with more plot holes & a$$ pulls.

That's one rather provocative question First of all, let's say that I don't think it's appropriate to compare them, first because one is manga and the other one is a story, and second because my story is based on his plot.

And now, to answer your question ... I absolutely loved his series 'till the end of the Pain arc. Or perhaps until Danzo's death, I'm not sure, but somewhere about it. After this point, I believe that he messed it all a bit too much and got lost himself. Truth to be told, I tend to believe that he himself didn't manage to handle the vast plot he had created, forgetting about many important and interesting things and rushing it to the end, sacrificing the quality. Virtually, what I write is an attempt to 'fix' the majority of the flaws he created, i.e. it's 'how the manga should've continued and ended in my opinion'. Which means that what I take out of canon are pretty much the things I either like, or the things in which I see a potential to become interesting, hence trying to make them, well, interesting.

Well to be fair i'd say the curse of hatred really between Uchiha/Senju is done, even though the main villages get along now doesn't mean that villages elsewhere do an there could still be beef's out in the NV.

It kinda still has potential, Orochimaru is still a problem IMO & could stirr the pot easy. Just look what he did off gaiden.

The scientist is crazy and want's his toys of destruction to be had by any1, changing the way shinobi fight and going against Hokage/village traditions.

Just off the scientist weapons alone the new and old generations could have problems that get out of hand an kill some of the old generation making for a decent story line to continue.

I thought the concept of the curse of hatred, Otsotsuki, bijuu (nobody knew what jins were) etc was just added in later?
