Hagoromo loses this. The Truth-Seeking Spheres mean absolutely nothing to Naruto (and Sasuke?) because of his sage chakra. The duo combined have the same powers of Hagoromo and yet even more, including Naruto's range of Rasengan varients and Sasuke's Mangekyou Sharingan. You even gave Sasuke the advantage of his Tailed Beast Perfect Susano'o, so to say they don't have the firepower is comical.

hagoromo is an otsutsuki he stomps them not to mention kaguya's chakra from birth,sword of nunoboko, rinnegan tech that dwarf sasuke. and possible a chakra avatar. since his son has one and he only has his fathers body. its not to far fetched to say hagoromo would have a chakra avatar since he has the full power of his body and the rinnegan.
