You need to be a Juubi Jin or have Rikudo chakra (or both) to have them. If Naruto got the same chakra ammount from the other 8 Bhiju he could have them again, but not currently.

HE wasn't in rsm mode after the explosion. So we have no idea what happened to them. And logically if the tsb's were obliterated then that means naruto would have died. BEcause tsb's are next to his body, and tsb's are more durable, unless the explosion was specifically targetting his balls?

Naruto's RSM cloak was completely removed as well, so unless you tell me how the TSB weren't in that area or how they can tank something of that magnitude when they've failed to tank attacks that are tiers below the VoTE explosion, you can move along.

Watch the Boruto movie and note 2 things:

His cloak is short like RSM
He has the RSM eyes (there was no pigmentation)
These features combined with the fact that he flew in the last indicate that he still has rikudou chakara and RSM.

He still had Sage Chakra, yes--and that's what removes the pigment. But it says in the Wiki that he gained the truith seeking orbs by drawing on the power of the other tailed beasts. That second state he no longer has as he doesn't currently posses the power of the other Bhiju since VOTE2

I saw the Boruto movie and no where did he use TSBs. And if he could why didn't he? Forgetting about RSM's effect on the eyes was stupid of me but my Juubi-jin (or in Naruto's case mini juubi-jin) & having chakra from Kurama and the other 8 still stands.
